Jim Schelter has decades of expert experience in the full creative process — from Blue Sky to Grand Opening.  As a business executive he led a turnaround and achieved profitability in half the scheduled time.  His advantage lies in the ability to see through complex processes and simplify them to save cost and time, while keeping the creative vision at the forefront.  As the Principal at Creative Forward, he brings a very unique set of experience and skills to bear on all projects and assignments.

 

A few of his career highlights include launching NPR's "Morning Edition," opening the Skywalker Ranch Technical Building at Lucasfilm, and playing a key role in the opening of Captain EO and Disney California Adventure. Additionally, as Executive Producer in the Creative Studio, he led the design process of many award-winning attractions, lands and theme parks for Universal Creative, working for the CCO.

 

Jim was also a radio personality, has experience developing a 12-hour training simulator for the US Navy, and successfully turned around and expanded Ascent Media's Digital Media Distribution  business as the Senior Vice President of Operations.
